Return/Refund policies

Returns
Sun-Kissed Coastal Creations Jewelry has a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. This includes holidays and weekends.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please initiate your returns by selecting "Contact" on the other tab, and send me the following information, along with your order number in the comment section.

If your return is accepted, I will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Sun-Kissed Coastal Creations will make the final determination of return requests based on each circumstance.
The customer will not get their cost of shipping back from their original purchase and are responsible for the return shipping cost.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Note: At the end of the year around the holidays the return policy will be extended, as I know some may be purchasing gifts. If you do want to return any items, you will be offered store credit instead of a refund.
Cancellations
If your order is still in the processing stage and you change your mind, I can cancel your order. However, if you change your mind after the item has been dispatched, please refer to our return/refund policy.
Damages and Issues
Please, inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue. Sun-Kissed Coastal Creations is not responsible for fixing a product that was damaged by a shipping carrier. Please, contact your local post office for more information. If an item is damaged after receipt, Sun-Kissed Coastal Creations is not responsible for fixing/returning the product.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain products (such as custom orders/personalized items) and earrings (hygiene reasons) cannot be returned.
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on final sale items.
Some products may not come identical to the photo but will of course be very similar, as every beach find is slightly different in shape, size, or color. I find many of the materials, so there are no two identical pieces. I try my best to make it as similar to the photo as possible, as most items are made to order.
Exchanges

Refunds
If you purchased an item using a discount code, your refund will be the final amount you paid for that item, not the full original price.
I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact me at sunkissedcoastalcreations@gmail.com.
Please, keep in mind we are a small handmade business that locally sources all shells and teeth while having other full-time responsibilities that must be attended to. We strive to put our customers first and create/ship orders in a timely and efficient manner without compromising the quality of the pieces.
